S’mores French Toast


star_filled INGREDIENTS

  • 1 loaf cubed challah bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp nutella
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups semi-sweet morsels

star_filled DIRECTIONS

  • cover the slow cooker with non-stick spray
  • mix together eggs, milk, salt, nutella, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined. Nutella will not combine fully but that is okay. Place half of the bread at the bottom of the slow cooker and top with half of the mixture. Add a handful of chocolate chips evenly on top. Repeat process with the last half of the bread, mixture, and chocolate chips. Mix together ingredients so all of the bread is covered in the mixture.
  • cook on high for 2 hours
  • serve with marshmallows on top, or ice cream…or both 🙂
