SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 tsp baking soda
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Grease crock pot (slow cooker) with non-stick spray and cover with wax paper
- Mix together your butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add in eggs one at a time and stir. Add in vanilla. Mix together your dry ingredients (flour, salt, and baking soda) and pour into wet ingredients. Mix together until uniform. Fold in chocolate chips.
- place the dough inside the crock pot (evenly) and bake on high for 2 and a half hours
