Opening earlier this year in Brickell City Centre and helmed by Chef Santiago Gomez, Tacology will be offering Miami Spice for lunch and dinner.

Throughout the month of August and September, The Forge will yet again offer their infamous weekly rotating 3-course Miami Spice dinner menu

Appetizer offerings will include:

  • Wild Mushroom Ravioli with goat cheese, green asparagus
  • Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with avocado, King Crab

Along with entree options such as:

  • Petite Filet Mignonwith roasted red bliss potatoes, bell peppers, chimichurri
  • Canadian Salmon Au Poivrewith creamed spinach, red wine sauce.

For dessert, guests can savor:

  • Chocolate Lava Cake with cookies and cream, Oreo crumble
  • Mango Panna Cottawith toasted coconut, mixed berry coulis among other offerings

Pubbelly Noodle Bar by Chef Jose Mendin will be offering Miami Spice for dinner.

Cecconi’s Miami takes the Italian route for their Miami Spice lunch and dinner menus offering new renditions of their internationally-acclaimed hand-made pasta, seafood and Italian dishes. Buon Appetito!



Experience renowned Chef Paul Qui’s unique brand of modern Asian cuisine with a specially-priced, four-course Miami Spice menu at Pao by Paul Qui. Throughout the month of August, guests can enjoy a selection of Chef Qui’s signature dishes like fresh Kinilaw, Pork Adobo and his famous East Side King Fried Chicken before ending the evening with a refreshing Peach-Cru Sorbet or decadent Chocolate Ice Cream Rock.

Taste the culinary genius of world-renowned Chef Francis Mallmann with specially priced Miami Spice menus at Faena Miami Beach. Throughout the months of August and September, Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann invites guests to choose from an impressive four-course lunch and dinner menu featuring traditional Argentine dishes like Wood Oven Empanadas and tender “Carrillera” cooked over live fire in true Francis Mallmann fashion



New to Miami SpiceDÔA’s grand Spice debut will feature three different menus and three cocktail Spice menus serving as a $25 add on to complement each.  

1.       Available from July 31st – August 20th, the LatAsian restaurant will feature a three course Nikkei Menu (Japanese cuisine), featuring dishes like Tiradito Nikkei made with local fish, yuzu leche de tigre, avocado, sweet plantain and aji limo,Causa Nikkei with aji amarillo potato puree, bigeye tuna, yuzu mayo, tobiko and furikake, Pork Gyoza using  lime soy, pickled serrano, cilantro and ginger,  Mushroom Hot Pot with udon noodles, shiitake broth, Japanese vegetables, wild mushrooms and togarashi, 48 Hour Sousvide Short Rib topped with teriyaki glaze, pickles and scallions, Mochi green tea, vanilla and Mango and Banana Cake served with sesame salted caramel and saikyo miso ice cream.

2.       The Chifa Menu (traditional Chinese cuisine) is available from August 21st – September 10th and will feature cold and hot appetizers including Soba Noodle Salad made with huacatay sesame dressing, edamame, chili and cucumber, Vegetable Spring Roll stuffed with glass noodles, carrots, cabbage and sweet chili soy, Shrimp Siu Mai with lemongrass, ginger and chili, and entrees such as Lomo Saltado made with tenderloin, red onion, tomato, soy, yuca and fried banana, Chifa Fish with local fish, lemongrass, soy and rocoto, Wok Vegetable Mu Shi with seasonal vegetable, tofu, rocoto hoisin and sesame. To finish, choose between their signature Churros served with star anise vanilla ice cream and five spice sugar or Green Tea Custard with coconut ice cream and crispy meringue.

3.       Enjoy the Traditional Peruvian Menu from September 11th – October 1st , with options like Ceviche Criollo with local fish, aji amarillo leche de tigre, cancha and sweet potato, Anticucho de Corazon prepared with veal hearts, aji panca, vinegar, cilantro and aji verde, Tiradito with local fish, leche de tigre, avocado and crispy quinoa, Pescado a lo Macho made with grilled local fish, a lo macho sauce, squid, shrimp and steamed rice, Mushroom Pepa Seca with pepa seca, wild mushrooms and poached eggs, Arros con Pato with confit duck, cilantro rice and salsa criolla, and DÔA Fondant with white chocolate lucuma fondant and dark chocolate ice cream.



Co-owners Jason Odio and Executive Chef Michael Beltran have curated the perfect menu of cuisine paying homage to their Cuban roots. The three course pre-fixed dinner menu (available at $39) touches upon a collection of recipes inspired by dishes that their grandparents prepared in Cuba.

Known for their French Beach Club-style joie de vivre, Nikki Beach’s is putting their culinary endeavors center stage with the recent return of Executive Chef, Brian Molloy, who helped create Nikki Beach’s Miami original menu and has since refreshed the menu with inspiration for the other properties worldwide.



Bagatelle Miami Beach has selected decadent offerings for guests to enjoy during Miami Spice. This French Mediterranean inspired restaurant combines music, food, and refreshing drinks to make for a one-of- a-kind dining experience.

Join Bakehouse Brasserie for Miami Spice this season for your chance to dine like a true Parisian. Located in Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood, this bistro offers an array of French inspired dishes that will transport you to the steps of the Champs-Élysées

Chef Richard Hales dives right in for Bird & Bone’s first year participating in Miami Spice. With both lunch & dinner menus offered, guests can choose from a variety of home-cooked favorites.

Available for $23, highlights from Bulla Gastrobar’s lunch menu includes: Gazpacho Andaluz, Jamón Serrano, Arroz a la Cubana and Churros for dessert! The menu will be swapping every two weeks between both locations

At Daniel Boulud’s db Bistro Moderne the Miami Spice menu will be changing every two weeks, giving diners plenty of reasons to keep coming back. Inspired by the uniquely French appreciation for local produce and seasonality, Chef Clark Bowen and pastry chef Saeko Namoto will be teaming up to present traditional French cuisine with flavors of the American market.

Jaya at The Setai is know for it’s Pan Asian cuisine. During this Miami Spice season Jaya is offering some of its favorites like Vietnamese Chicken, Poke Salmon, Goy-Kai No Ceviche, Barbeque Pork Ribs, and even some specials like Tuna, Edamame, and Chicken Poke.

Juvia delivers an artistic blend of French, Japanese and Peruvian styles and flavors, including only the freshest ingredients by Executive Chefs Sunny Oh and Laurent Cantineaux and Pastry Chef Gregory Gourreau. Available for $23, highlights from the lunch menu includes: Kale and Farrow Salad Grilled Scottish Salmon, Strip Steak and Chocolate Tart for dessert! Available for $39, highlights from the dinner menu includes: Rock Shrimp Acevichado, Broiled Branzino, Arroz con Pato and Fig Panna Cotta for dessert!



Michael Lewis has created a number of new menu items for Miami Spice at JBF Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant 2017, KYU. Diners can expect lunch-time variations on menu favorites like a Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich and Wagyu Beef Burger.

Buckheads newest restaurant, Lobster Bar Sea Grille Miami Beach, will be serving up the freshest fish and highest quality of meats during Miami Spice. Some dishes include restaurant’s famous Pristine Whole European Fish; Whole “Lobster Stuffed Lobster”; Faroe Island Salmon with Colossal Lump Crab; a Surf & Turf with a Lightly Fried Nova Scotia Lobster Tail and Petite Filet Mignon; or Twin Beef Tenderloin Medallions.

The whimsical hotel with cityscape views is offering a special $39 menu to be enjoyed at the chic Mondrian Caffe.

Tucked away inside the iconic Shelborne South Beach, The Sarsaparilla Club, a modern American dim sum restaurant, showcases award-winning chefs Jeff McInnis & Janine Booth take on American classics. The three-course dinner will include dim sum, large plates and dessert and feature menu items such as Carrot and Beet Tartare, Short Rib Meat Loaf and Sarsaparilla’s classic Fried Chicken.

Miami’s favorite eatery and sweet shop, simultaneously known for its its lavish dining room, legendary desserts, and premium cocktails, is kicking off Miami Spice with an indulgent menu any food lover can enjoy. The special lunch and dinner menus feature a variety of Sugar Factory staples including the Sugar Factory Signature Burger, Chicken Paillard, Mediterranean Chicken Pappardelle Pasta, New York Style Cheesecake and much more.

Executive Chef Sunny Oh of Sushi Garage has combined the best dishes off of his menu to create an experience for all guests to enjoy during Miami Spice. The menu offers a variety of dishes such as the Garage Seaweed Salad, Sashimi or Sushi Combo, Tuna Chicharron Roll or the Jumbo White Prawn Teriyaki. For dessert try the Lychee Rice Pudding or Strawberry Soy Milk Custard.



The Restaurant at The Raleigh is offering Miami Spice in the evening seven days a week with a menu of chef Josh Elliott’s greatest hits including tuna poke, grilled yellowtail snapper with braised kale, pickled grapes, brown butter and pine nuts and Wagyu Burger ‘Royale’ with foie gras mousse, port braised onions and truffle jus.


Choice of Tuna Poke, Short Rib Empanadas, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake or Panzanella


Choice of Wagyu Burger ‘Royale’ Grilled Yellowtail Snapper, Mushroom Tagliatelle, Chicken Marsala

Dale Talde’s Asian-American eatery inside The Confidante will be serving up Chinese favorites for Miami Spice. Dishes include Sweet Pea Samosas or Heirloom Tomato Salad to start, followed by a main choice of General Talde’s Chicken or Black Pepper Beef, rounded out with a side noodle dish of Hong Kong Noodles or Chili Garlic Noodles. Vegetarian diners may substitute Avocado Bao Buns as their main dish.



Dinner options include:

  • Appetizers: RIGATONI WITH CHICKEN BOLOGNESE fresh tomato sauce, basil, ground chicken; CAESAR SALAD romaine lettuce and croutons, dressed with parmesan cheese ;CHEESE TORTELLINI pasta served in pesto cream sauce

For Miami  Spice Watr is offering modern bento boxes for lunch and dinner with sweeping views of the ocean and South Beach from their rooftop dining room.

Lunch options include:

  • Guacamole with wonton chips, corn tortillas; Local Green & Asian Pear Salad; California Roll and Mochi Ice Cream; or
  • Edamame; Wild King Salmon with sushi rice, seaweed salad, avocado, asian slaw and furikake;  Bulgolgi Street Tacos (2) with skirt steak, asian slaw, pickled cucumber and cashew on a corn tortilla; and Mochi Ice Cream.

Dinner options include:

  • Spring Rolls and sweet thai chili sauce; Kani Poke; Kabayaki Glazed Salmon with kimchi, red quinoa and asparagus and Mochi Ice Cream; or
