Big Mac Smash Tacos

Ingredients
Serving Size: 8 tacos
For the Beef:
1 lb ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Big Mac Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons sweet relish
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Tacos:
8 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
8 slices shredded American cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything well until smooth, then set aside.
2. Cook the Tacos:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a thin layer of the ground beef to one side of each tortilla. Make sure the beef reaches all edges of the tortilla
Season with salt and pepper.
Add tortillas beef side down to the pan and cook until browned, ~4 minutes. Flip and add 1 slice of American cheese to beef and allow to melt for 1-2 minutes, then remove
3. Assemble the Tacos:
For each taco, top with shredded lettuce, diced onions, diced pickles, and diced tomatoes.
Drizzle a generous amount of Big Mac sauce over the top.
4. Serve: Serve your Big Mac Smash Tacos immediately, and enjoy the fusion of flavors!
