½ cup fresh dill
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
½ cup fresh parsley leaves
1/3 cup (packed) fresh basil leaves
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
3 chopped scallions
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup goat cheese, room temperature (2 ounces)
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons agave
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Make the Creamy Herb Dip:
In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment, combine the dill, mint, parsley, basil, garlic, and scallions. Pulse until finely chopped, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add the coriander, lemon juice, goat cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, agave, salt, and black pepper. Blend until very smooth and bright green.
Transfer the dip to a bowl and set aside.
Serve the creamy herb dip with chips or veggies.
