Pickled ginger (for garnish)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
1-2 tbsp soy sauce (for drizzling, optional)
A drizzle of chili oil or additional sriracha (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Spicy Salmon:
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar. Stir until the honey is dissolved.
Add the cubed salmon to the bowl and toss gently to coat the salmon in the spicy marinade. Let it marinate in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
