Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
Serving Size: 4-5 people
4-6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp olive oil
For the sauce:
2 tbsp honey
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp chili crunch
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all of the spices and the olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
2. Preheat Oven & Prepare Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, and season both sides with spice mixture (get under the skin) and bake for 30 minutes skin-side up and then another 15 minutes on the other side. Remove from oven.
3. Make the Sauce:
Mix together the honey, garlic, soy sauce, chili crunch, sesame oil and ginger in a small bowl.
In a saucepan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil. Add your 4 cloves of minced garland cook until frangrant, about 2 mins. Then add your chicken thighs skin side down so they can get crispy. Roughly 3 mins.
Add your sauce to the chicken and allow to reduce, 6-7 minutes until it thickens and you can coat your chicken in the sauce. Serve with rice and veggies!
