Bucatini Pasta with Brie Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 small Brie Cheese Wheel
- 3/4 lbs bucatini pasta
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- pinch ground black pepper
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Steps
- cut off the top of the brie and place in medium saucepan. Bake at 350 degrees from 25-30 minutes or until bubbly
- meanwhile, cook bucatini according to box directions. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water once finished cooking
- toss cooked pasta in 2 tbsp olive oil, parsley, pepper, cayenne, and garlic
- Immediately add pasta to bubbly brie cheese once taken out of the oven and coat thoroughly using tongs. Cheese will be thick, so add warm pasta water slowly to soften.
- Serve!
