Bucatini Pasta with Brie Cheese


  • 1 small Brie Cheese Wheel
  • 3/4 lbs bucatini pasta
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • pinch of cayenne pepper


  1. cut off the top of the brie and place in medium saucepan. Bake at 350 degrees from 25-30 minutes or until bubbly
  2. meanwhile, cook bucatini according to box directions. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water once finished cooking
  3. toss cooked pasta in 2 tbsp olive oil, parsley, pepper, cayenne, and garlic
  4. Immediately add pasta to bubbly brie cheese once taken out of the oven and coat thoroughly using tongs. Cheese will be thick, so add warm pasta water slowly to soften.
  5. Serve!
