Colombian Style Ceviche
The Ingredients

Serves 6 people
• Half yellow onion
• Half large tomato
• Large handful Cilantro (to taste)
• 1lb extra large shrimp
• 3 lemons
• 2 Limes
• Teaspoon all purpose seasoning
• Teaspoon minced garlic
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 bottle cocktail sauce
• Pinch of paprika
The Steps
1. Cutting up all the Good Stuff
Fine dice your onion, tomato, and cilantro. Then, do a rough chop of your shrimp. If you want to buy frozen shrimp to save money, they also come in 1lb bags but you will have to wait for them to thaw.


2. Mixing the Good Stuff
In a small bowl, juice 3 lemons and 2 limes. Put the cilantro, shrimp, tomato, and onion in a bowl and mix with the lemon juice mixture. After it is mixed well, add the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika and mix. Lastly, mix in the bottle of cocktail sauce.


Easy enough?? And DELICIOUS!
