Dickeys Delivery is the Stuff of Dreams
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Dickey's Barbecue Pit for IZEA Worldwide. All opinions are 100% mine.
Always being on the go, or working from home, I find myself stuck and unable to grab food for lunch or dinner. Luckily for me, Dickeys Barbecue Pit delivers now! What’s better than food delivered right to your door? Barbecue delivered right to your door.

If you are unfamiliar with the greatness that is Dickeys Barbecue, let me catch you up to speed. In 1941, Travis Dickey opened the first Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Dallas, Texas. If you know anything about chefs and barbecue, you know that all the love in the world goes into perfecting their meats, sides, glazes, and sauces. Which is why it is no surprise that in 1967, T.D. Dickey took over the business to continue the family legacy. Now in 2018, there are over 500 stores serving up the finest quality meats and sides. Despite the massive growth, Dickeys still smokes all of their meats on-site just like they did back in 1941 (aka, they’re still just as awesome). While much has remained the same throughout the years, one very important thing has changed. They now deliver their perfected smoked meats right to your doorstep!

As a food blogger, you probably assume that I would be eating all day every day. That is not (always) the case! I actually don’t have time to eat during busy days which consist of photographing, filming, writing articles, clipping videos and editing photos. On days like this, I end up glued to my computer at 3pm with an empty stomach. Today was one of those days. I had been stuck in front of my computer all morning and didn’t even realize what time it was! On top of that, I had a call at 4pm and couldn’t go out to eat. Luckily, I knew delivery was an option and when I found out that Dickeys was delivering, I ordered immediately! Although my eyes are definitely bigger than my stomach, I ignored all the will power I kinda sorta have and ordered a whole platter for myself…haha!

I got the two-meat plate with two sides and a drink (in their famous Big Yellow Cup!). I ordered the sliced beef brisket, jalapeño cheddar kielbasa, baked potato casserole, and Mac n cheese (cuz, duh!). No, I didn’t finish it all but yes, I really, really tried. The food was DELICIOUS and was just as good delivered as it is in the restaurant. I actually find it hard to get good barbecue in Miami, and have yet to find smoked brisket anywhere! So when I heard Dickeys was offering smoked brisket, I knew I had to try it. Anyways, when you get hungry today (if you haven’t already just by reading this) Order Dickey’s Online OR download their app and order RIGHT NOW. Of course, delivery times may vary and fees may apply. Make sure to check with your local Dickey’s because it is only available in select markets! Find a location.
