Miami Spice 2016


It’s almost “bon appetit” time for foodies participating in the best summer restaurant promotion! Featuring dynamic menu offerings at even better rates, these Miami restaurant hotspots have refined their dishes and are ready to showcase them for Miami Spice.

Bulla Gastrobar

Bulla Gastrobar, a Spanish gastrobar, will be changing its Miami Spice menu between both locations, Coral Gables and Doral in order to reflect the restaurant’s full-fledged Spanish cuisine. Lunch menu highlights include Sopa de Lentejas, Ensalada de Pulpo and Arroz Negro while dinner menu highlights include Arroz Marinero, Croquetas de Jamón and Solomillo de Res. Desserts are available on both lunch and dinner menu, guests can choose from Flan de Coco, Copa Bulla or Torrija. Each menu will be available for one month at each location and then switch to be available at the other location.



Created by both Executive Chef Stuart Cameron and Chef De Cuisine Nelson Fernandez, Byblos’ unique and valuable menu includes a selection of five dishes.  New this year is The Lounge at Byblos which recently just opened in June 2016. Following dinner, guests can extend their experience into the night and enjoy cocktails and music in the newly opened Lounge.


The Continental

The Continental will be changing their Miami Spice menu biweekly in order to reflect the restaurant’s global inspiration. For the first two weeks, guests can look forward to The Continental Mexico with dishes including “Nacho Mama,” Tacos al Carbon and Churros for dessert. Late August, the menu will reflect The Continental’s Asian inspiration with highlights including Vietnamese Summer Rolls, Chicken Potstickers, Korean Fried Chicken and Matcha Sundae with black sesame and puff rice. September will ring in a Global menu featuring classics such as The Continental Salad, Spinach Empanadas, Jerk Chicken and Millionaire Chocolate Cake. Finally, the second half of September is all about the Med with a Mezze Platter, Heirloom Roasted Carrots over Greek Yogurt, Grilled Branzino and Plum Tart.


Dolce Italian

Dolce Italian, LDV Hospitality’s warm and welcoming Italian restaurant at The Gale South Beach Miami Spice menu features true Italian flavors and ingredients. Executive Chef Paolo Dorigato has created a special menu with dish highlights like the Grilled Octopus, Dolce Meatballs, Chicken Spezzatino, Seafood Risotto and guests can choose the Panna Cotta or Gelato for dessert!



Juvia’s menu is a harmonious blend of the regional cuisines of Asia prepared with classic French techniques and vibrant flavors and ingredients of South America and Florida. The talented chefs offer diners an abundant selection of ceviches, tiraditos, fresh seafood and prime meats, served tapas-style. Chefs Sunny Oh and Laurent Cantineaux created a special Miami Spice menu with dish highlights like the Baby Vegetable Summer Soup, Char Grilled Scottish Salmon and Caramel Hazelnut Tart Milk Chocolate Roasted Apricot for dessert!


Le Zoo

Le Zoo will offer Miami Spice for lunch and dinner with classic French options including Escargot, Moules Frites and Crème Bruleé. Guests who are interested in complementing their shopping experience at the Bal Harbor shops with an elaborate dinner showcasing the very best of French cuisine need look no further than at Le Zoo.


Pisco y Nazca

Pisco y Nazca, the ceviche gastrobar will offer a special Miami Spice for lunch and dinner. Executive Chef Miguel Antonio Gomez Fernandez created a three-course dinner featuring dish highlights like Ceviche Tropical, Lomo Saltado and Arroz con leche cheesecake for dessert!


Sushi Garage

Sushi Garage honors Japanese culinary philosophy in its menu by utilizing the freshest and finest ingredients, with bold and innovative takes on traditional classics. Chef Sunny created a special Miami Spice menu offering guests a variety of selections from raw seafood and ceviche to organic chicken dishes. Some highlights from the menu include Sushi Garage Ceviche, Shrimp Tempura, Organic Chicken Teriyaki and Litchi Rice Pudding to complete the meal.



Chef Piyarat Arreeratn, also known as Chef Bee showcases a Thai concept NaiYaRa in the neighborhood of Sunset Harbour. Chef Bee specially curated a Miami Spice menu featuring his favorite and most popular Thai street fare and Japanese specialty items. Miami Spice menu highlights include like Beef Jerky, NaiYaRa Roll, Red Curry and Thai Donuts for dessert!


Prime Fish and Prime Italian

For the first time ever, Myles Chefetz’s Prime Italian will be participating in Miami Spice, giving guests the opportunity to sample the deliciously over-the-top menu for just $39. This is a chance to enjoy the restaurant’s famous Kobe Meatball and Fried Oreos; or try the Chicken Parmesan or Braised Short Rib with White Truffle Risotto. The Miami Spice menu is a tour of both Prim Fish and Prim Italian’s quintessential dishes in three courses. Each menu item comes with a suggested wine pairing for an additional cost.



Curated both by Executive Chef Mathias Gervais and Executive Sous-Chef Vijay Veena, Jaya’s Miami Spice menu brings together specialties from Southeast and Northern Asian Cultures. The menu gives guests a peak of the over indulgence for only $39 with a wine selection pairing for $28. Some menu items include Pork Belly Bao, Grouper, Pad Thai, Tandoor Chicken Masala and for dessert a Tofu Cheesecake!



Located in the heart of Brickell, David Grutman’s Komodo combines Southeast Asian cuisine with a South Florida vibe. Under the culinary direction of Jeffrey Chodorow, Komodo’s Miami Spice menu takes guests on a culinary journey of the Marco Polo trail for just $39. The menu is served family style making the experience more enjoyable for each guest. Some special items include the Komodo Roll, Grutman Pastrami Egg Roll, Sweet Soy Salmon, Triple Duck Udon and for dessert try the Nutty Bar, sure to make the end of your meal sweet!


Rooftop at E11EVEN Miami

The Rooftop at E11EVEN Miami is offering a scrumptious three-course menu during Miami Spice. Indulge in the restaurant’s dinner deal, which includes one glass of house red or white wine included and choose appetizers such as the Shrimp Ceviche, or Mozzarella and Roma Tomato. Entrees during Miami Spice include Medallions of Filet Mignon with truffle mash potatoes, Shrimp Scampi and for dessert have a shot, the Cookies and Cream, Peanut Butter Brownie Shot.


Sarsaparilla Club

Renowned chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth, have made their return to South Florida with their new unique and energizing concept, The Sarsaparilla Club. Together The Sarsparilla Club offers a dynamic dining and lounge space for guests to experience Miami Spice. The dinner and brunch menu gives guests the true Sarsaparilla Club experience for just $39. Some items on the menu include the one item from the Dim Sum cart including the Drunken Deviled Eggs or Pork Belly Bacon Steamed Buns; one large plate item including the famous Sarsaparilla Fried Chicken and for your sweet tooth, guests can pick one dish from the Dim Sum dessert cart. For Sunday brunch, guests can choose one item from the Dim Sum cart, one item from the largest plates including the Crispy Duck Leg French Toast and one item from the dessert Dim Sum cart.



Noted as the chicest after-hourS sushi spots located at Delano South Beach, UMI Sushi & Sake Bar has designed a Miami Spice menu for those interested in a late-night dining affair to remember. UMI’s menu includes a bento box ($39) comprised of fresh seaweed salad, Maldon sea-salted edamame, a rock shrimp handroll and vegetable roll with choice of Nigiri (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, halibut or Japanese Snapper) and soft shell crab with chili rice and pickled vegetable. Desert includes a Summer Semifreddo complete with strawberry, mixed berry and rhubarb compote, meringue crunch, and summer fruit consomme.
