OREO FRENCH TOAST DIPPERS

INGREDIENTS

• 3 cup roughly chopped French bread
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• crushed oreo cookie
• melted oreo cookie cream

STEPS

1. chop French bread into cubes and set aside
2. take apart the oreo cookie from the cream, setting each into different bowls. Once you have a decent amount of cookie, place them into a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to crush them until almost powdered
3. mix together egg, milk, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon and coat the bread with the egg wash
4. Place pieces into a pan and fry until golden
5. quickly remove the french toast pieces and place them into the ziplock bag with the crushed oreo and shake until all pieces are well coated.
6. put the Oreo cream into the microwave and warm for 1 minute
