- 1 cup gnocchi
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp pesto
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- In a medium pot, boil the gnocchi according to directions and set aside
- In a separate medium saucepan, heat your heavy whipping cream and water until combined
- Then add your butter, pesto, parmesan cheese, and spices. Continue to cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add your gnocchi to the sauce and stir. Remove from heat and top with mozzarella cheese. Broil for 2 minutes.
- Serve!
