Pesto Cream Gnocchi


  • 1 cup gnocchi
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp pesto
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese


  • In a medium pot, boil the gnocchi according to directions and set aside
  • In a separate medium saucepan, heat your heavy whipping cream and water until combined
  • Then add your butter, pesto, parmesan cheese, and spices. Continue to cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add your gnocchi to the sauce and stir. Remove from heat and top with mozzarella cheese. Broil for 2 minutes.
  • Serve!
