Chef Alain Verzeroli along with Chef Seth Blumenthal have put together a four-course prix fixe dinner menu at Le Jardinier to celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend. The vegetable-forward menu, priced at $110 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) and available Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14 from 6PM-10PM, features dishes that make the vegetables the star of the show, without being completely vegetarian. A complimentary glass of Champagne and homemade hear-shaped macarons will also be offered to guests. Options for the first course include Cauliflower Fondant with lobster consommé and caviar; Sunchoke Velouté and Chips with sauteed ceps and chervil; and Hamachi Crudo with citrus dressing, marinated winter radish and beets, with a caviar supplement available for an additional $35. The second course is Fingerling Potato Gnocchi with black truffle shavings, parmesan and winter spinach. Sushi by Bou, the intimate omakase restaurant in the Gianni Versace Suite at the Villa Casa Casuarina, is celebrating Valentine’s weekend with a specialty cocktail and dessert offering.
